Tham Ncube
Sales & Logistics Manager
Tham hold a Bachelor of Science Honours in International, Purchasing, Logistics and Transport. His main strength is in Strategic Supply chain Management. He is the man behind our sales and logistics in the company and is passionate about in his job and really goes an extra mile with clients. During his spare time Tham enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.
Boyd Cousins
Founder
Boyd holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering. With his background and experience in piling equipment, he then founded Pilequip in 2003. Boyd has 40 years experience in piling and geotechnical equipment. With all the work he has put into the company, Pilequip has become a big player in the industry, and is a leader in the geotechnical equipment supply market.
Bruce Cousins
Director
Bruce has a Honours degree in Finance. A peoples person that manages relationships with both suppliers and customers with professionalism.
Both Bruce and Boyd strive to ensure the values of Pilequip are upheld in all fascists of the business.
Nikita Partridge
Administration and Marketing
Nikita does sales/administration and Marketing. she develops brand awareness on our line of products, especially on new products like the Carmix which is our sister company Carmix Concrete Solutions (Pty) Ltd.
she is currently studying Social Media Marketing to add to her skill set.
In her spare time she loves taking her daughter to explore everything to do with animals, and loves family time.
Quintin Bernhardt
Service & Operations Manager
Quintin has a N4 Engineering certificate and qualified section 13 Diesel Mechanic. He has over 10 years in diesel mechanic experience and extensive knowledge of piling equipment. He services and repairs piling equipment. His strengths in troubleshooting and technical advise will assist all clients in ensuring the correct equipment is utilized. In his spare time Quintin enjoys car racing.
Relebogile Mogale
Admin Assistant
Rele holds a Diploma in Media Practices Majoring in Journalism. She is our admin lady. She assists in any way possible with admin work in the company and any other work she is always happy to assist. Currently enrolled for BCom in International Supply Chain Management. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family.
