STEEL SHEETPILES
Pilequip has for over 15 years been supplying Steel Sheetpiles from our trusted Chinese supplier. Throughout Africa from large marine projects to smaller shoring jobsites .
  • U Type Sheet Pile

U type sheet piles are U type profiles with interlock at both sides to form the continous walls, which has center lines in the middle of the double U section wall. U profile sheet piles can stack more stable than any other shapes, so can be used both in permanent and temporary projects.

  • Z Type Sheet Pile

Z type sheet piles are produced in the shape of the letter Z, which is normally drive in crimped or welded doubles. Z type sheet piles are more widely used than U profile in port construction and deep foundation because Z profile can have a bigger modulus and can be used as intermediaty piles for tubular and HZ combined walls.

  • Corner Sections

Sheet pile corner sections are also called clutch bars, interlocks, corner piles or connectors, whic are rolled from steel materials to connect sheet piles. Corner sections must have the same interlock as the sheet piles', otherwise the can not connect each other. Corner piles can connect shet pile to pipes and H beams, sheet pile to sheet pile, or steel pipes to steel pipes.

  • Tubular Combined Walls

Combined wall with tubular piles consists of tubular piles, sheet piles interlocks or sheet piling clutches and sheet piling. The tube combined walls can be spiral pipe pile, Longitudinal steel pipes. Very rarely combined walls include ERW pipe piles or seamless steel pips. Sheet pile connectors are welded along the length of tubular pipes, full lenght or partial length.

  • HZ Combined Wall

HZ HZM combined wall systems are combi-wall of king piles and intermediary sheet piling, which normally used in port construction and deep foundations etc. The HZ HZM king piles are formed its shape in mills in length of over 30 meters. hot rolled HZ HZM king piles are big H beams with connecting system at both sides.
