Soilmec multifunctional machines are able to perform a variety of technologies thanks to rapid conversion kits.  The SR rigs are self-mounting, easily transportable and available with crowd cylinder or crowd winch systems.

Soilmec microdrilling rigs can be quickly adapted for jet grouting by using appropriate conversion kits available for each models.  Thanks to the wide range of rotary heads, various inner tube ranging from 90 to 140mm and related chucks, it is possible to choose the jet grouting configuration during the first set-up in relation to the type of soil to be treated.

The Soilmec LHR quick conversion kit is specially designed for works in low space condition, under the electric power lines or bridges, as well as existing structures.  The mast of modular type construction ranges from 5.80 to 9.80 meter max length.  The high performance rotary group is designed for dedicated ten sections Soilmec Kelly par passage and drive.  The crowd system includes a strong chain that can transmit a strong pull up and pull down force.

Since the 1982, with the first CM-42, Soilmec experience for the construction of continuous flight augered pile rigs has enabled the operation of the system even in difficult grounds, thanks to the use of different teeth and augers.  The auger system is operated by multifunctional self-erecting fully hydraulic rigs of the SR series and the SF series, especially designed for the CFA pile.  The rigs can cover a wide range of diameter, from 400 to 1400mm, and depth up to 33m, to overcome the problems connected to the project and execution of the piles.

he Soilmec SM-GT range is especially designed for geothermal applications.  Thermal energy is the energy that determines the temperature of matter.  The SM-GT rigs are equipped with fixed kinematic mechanism, double rotary heads system, preventer, triple clamp, magnet loading system and high force cylinder hoist-feed system.

The Soilmec SM-G line is designed for geotechnical application as soil investigation, coring and water wells.  The SM-G rigs are equipped with fixed kinematic mechanism, a wire line winch and a large range of rotary heads with very high speed drilling value.

The Soilmec STM drilling rigs are designed to be fast, highly productive and easy to operate in large diameter piles application.  This equipment can be mounted on a truck with 3 or more axis.  Four hydraulic stabilizers mounted on sub frame.  Allows operation in a safe and stable condition.  Front or lateral position drilling.  Overall weight and dimension comply with road regulation.

Soilmec Tunneling rigs have been specially designed and adapted to complete this type of work in the most efficient and effective way where speed and precision are demanded.  In addition this process allows easier and more cost effective treatment of either soft soil or fractured and soft rock.  Today Soilmec can offer a wide range of equipment capable of covering radius of consolidations from 1500mm to 6800mm at 0° thus applicable both in large tunnelling sections for High Speed Railways and highways projects and in tunnels for the city underground systems which  consists normally of small sections.
